NJSC "Social Health Insurance Fund" (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) hereby informs that, in accordance with paragraph 22 of the Rules for the procurement of services from healthcare entities for the provision of medical care within the framework of the guaranteed volume of free medical care and (or) in the system of compulsory social health insurance, approved by order of the Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2020 No. KR DSM-242/2020, information about the start of the campaign for attaching individuals to health care organizations providing primary health care (hereinafter referred to as the attachment campaign) is posted on the Internet resources of the fund and health departments ( public health).

In this regard, the Foundation posts information about the start of the attachment campaign from September 15, 2021 on the Foundation’s Internet resource (https://fms.kz/useful-to-know/kak-prekripitsa-k-poliklinike/).
