Several scientific studies have shown that small plates, on which small portions are placed, make it possible not only to eat less, but also chew more carefully. Especially in the company - in order not to be known as “hungry hurry”. Of course, changing dishes alone will not help to lose weight by itself. But why not try? In the worst case, you will save money on dishwashing detergent.

How often do you look in the fridge to look at its contents, even if you are not hungry? If you behave like most owners of this home appliance, then you have a chance to snack too often, especially in the evening. Keeping up with this is almost impossible, and a chain-wrapped refrigerator looks like fun only on caricatures. But there is a great way to fool yourself a little by spending just five minutes. Move all fatty and high-calorie foods to the back of the refrigerator, and closer to the exit, place everything that can be useful for a low-calorie snack, your low-fat yogurts, boiled meat, vegetables and fruits. It is even better to put all these products in small containers in one portion: first, behind the containers, what is left in the bowels of the refrigerator is not very visible, and secondly, you will immediately understand how much you can eat. Just do not forget to ask households to respect your "healthy food zone" and not arrange a rearrangement in the refrigerator. And let your light snacks treat themselves - maybe they will get used to it.
