The announcement
of the placement procedure of the volume of medical services within the guaranteed volume of free medical care and (or) in the system of mandatory social health insurance among the subjects of health, included in the database of the healthcare entities applying for the provision of medical services within the guaranteed volume of free medical aid in system of compulsory social health insurance

The branch of Karaganda region of NAO "social health insurance Fund", located at the address: Karaganda region, Karaganda, Alikhanov street 2, announces the procedure for placing the volume of services within the guaranteed volume of free medical care:

by forms of medical care:

consultative and diagnostic assistance to patients with tuberculosis, mental disorders( diseases), alcoholism, drug addiction, HIV-infected and AIDS;

inpatient medical care for patients with tuberculosis, mental disorders( diseases), alcoholism, drug addiction, HIV-infected and AIDS;

inpatient medical care for patients with tuberculosis, mental disorders (diseases), alcoholism, drug addiction, HIV-infected and AIDS.

by type of medical care:

pre-hospital medical care;

qualified medical aid;

specialized medical care;

medical and social assistance;

for 2018, among the subjects of health care included in the database of health care subjects applying for the provision of medical services within the guaranteed volume of free medical care and in the system of compulsory social health insurance.

These medical services are provided at the location of the production base of the subject of health care in the Karaganda region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Applications for the amounts specified medical services (hereinafter - application) shall be submitted by the healthcare entities included in the database of the healthcare entities applying for the provision of medical services within the guaranteed volume of free medical care and in the system of mandatory social medical insurance in the branch in Karaganda region NAO "Fund for social health insurance" in the working days to the address: Karaganda region,

Karaganda, Alikhanov street 2, office № 1.

Starting date for submitting applications is April 28, 2018 09 hours 00 minutes.

The deadline for submission of applications and attached documents "15" may 2018 18 hours 30 minutes.

Applications are submitted by the subjects of health care in the form according to the Rules of purchase of services posted on the Internet resources of NAO "social health insurance Fund" (www.fms.kz), Ministry of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (www.mz.gov.kz), health Department of Karaganda region (www.zdravkrg.kz).
